We at CMB LUX take exceptional pride in the quality of our garments, fabric,workmanship and fit. we also employ an extensive Quality control before we dispatch your order to ensure you receive your order in the best possible quality .
TERMS OF REFUNDS
If for any reason you are no longer happy with your purchase, we will offer instore credit to the same value, to be eligible for instore credit, the garment has to be returned to our offices within 5 (five) days of receiving the garment, unused and in the same packaging.

TERMS OF RETURNS
if in the event that you require an exchange, you as the customer will be liable for arranging a courier service to return the garment to our offices within 5 days of receiving your order, as well as the courier charges to have the garment returned back you to you.
CMB LUX undertakes extensive quality control checks prior to the items dispatch, if in the event of a fault or factory default, CMB LUX will be liable for and offer to rectify any minor faults. Please contact us at info@cmblux.com.
This email must contain Photographic evidence of fault as well as your proof of payment, this is required to be made within 48 hours of receiving the faulty item. if we conclude there is indeed fault on our part, the garment/item in the unlikely event of major malfunction and fault of the item due to factory default. no returns nor refunds or instore credits will be offered if it is concluded that the fault or damage was caused by the client.
Further, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON PROMOTIONAL AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been reduced in price do not qualify for return or refunds. Any items which are complimentary for promotional purposes or any item pertaining to promotions will not qualify for return or refunds under any circumstances.
non-returnable items may include:
- Gift Cards
- Some health & personal care items
- Gifts
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and receive information about return.
SHIPPING POLICY
Local delivery within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R130. All items will be shipped from our offices in Pretoria, Gauteng and delivery times may vary depending on where you are situated.
You will receive an email which will include your tracking number as soon as it has been dispatched in order for you to track your order.
General delivery lead time is one to three working days, permitting you are not in an outlying area, which may take three to five working days.
Please note it is crucial you supply us with the correct delivery information, furthermore, supplied us with an address / location where there will be someone present to sign for and receive the parcel. we will not be held responsible for the parcel going missing or not being received due to the incorrect delivery information supplied to us.
Once we have handed over the parcels to the courier company, it is out of our control and they are now responsible for the parcel being delivered to you. if there be any delays on receiving your order within the suggested lead times, we will not be liable for any loss/theft or damage during transit due to us having no control over a parcel that has now been handed over to a third party being the courier company.
